Owner of the Piccoli Law Firm.
Since 2005, she has been registered with the Bar Association of Verona and is authorized to practice before the Supreme Court of Cassation and other Superior Courts.
Within the Piccoli Law Firm, she personally handles all matters related to criminal law and criminal procedural law, and also maintains a primary focus on all other legal areas of the firm, thanks to the development of a structured defense network composed of specialized professionals who assist in managing clients′ cases.
Her academic background includes international experiences at the Universität zu Köln and Universidad de Valencia. She obtained her degree in Law from the University of Verona with a thesis on European Union law, supervised by Professor Maria Caterina Baruffi, entitled "The lawyer between business and free profession in community law."
At the same time, she cultivated her interest in criminal law and criminology through studies at prestigious institutions, which have strengthened her experience and excellent analytical skills and approach to criminal and procedural issues for both individuals and companies.
She passed the exam for admission to practice as a defense lawyer early on in her legal career and is still registered with the "National Single List of Court-appointed Defense Lawyers," offering her expertise as both defense counsel for individuals under investigation and for victims.
She has completed a master′s degree in "Examination and Cross-examination in Criminal Defense," a Master′s degree in Criminal Law: Defense in Criminal Proceedings," an "International Master′s Degree in Criminal Psychology," and a Master′s degree in "Model 231," becoming an expert in studying, preparing, and developing organizational models for companies, businesses, and industries.
In addition to this path, she also specializes in tax criminal law, allowing her to undertake technical defenses even in this field.
She is also an author of scientific contributions on criminal law and criminal procedural law.
She frequently participates as a speaker at conferences, seminars, criminal training courses, and lectures in her areas of expertise.
As a connoisseur of the German legal language, she also offers her services in this language.
She is a member of committees within the Bar Association of Verona.

LAWYER ROSSELLA STRAPPARAVA

She graduated in Law at the University of Padua on October 20, 2002, with a thesis in civil procedure "The Conversion of the Conservatory Seizure into Seizure for Execution," under the supervision Prof. Lorenzetto Peserico. Subsequently, she obtained the title of Lawyer and practiced as an expert in civil law and civil procedural law.
Within the firm, she provides judicial and extra-judicial assistance mainly in the areas of civil law, with specific skills in actions aimed at the protection and compensation of damage, contractual and non-contractual liability, credit recovery, rental matters, and in the handling and monitoring of road accidents.

LAWYER LUCA PLAZZOGNA

He obtained his degree in law from the University of Verona on October 24, 2002, with a thesis in "History of Italian Law" and, after his internship period, he obtained his lawyer′s title. Subsequently, he obtained a "Master of Laws" LLM in Baltimore, in the state of Maryland and later qualified for legal practice in the court of Washington D.C.
In 2011, he attended the Master′s program in "Contracts for International Trade". Since 2019 he has been registered in the Register of Over-indebtedness Crisis Managers. He collaborates with the Piccoli Law Firm in the matters of civil law and, in particular, in national and international contract law, as well as in procedures for over-indebtedness crisis.

Out-of-court Consultant

Graduated in Law from the University of Parma, with a thesis in criminal law "The Vilification of a Corpse" with Prof. Alberto Cadoppi. She completed her internship at one of the most renowned criminal law firms in Verona, continuing her strong propensity for research and extrajudicial protection within the Piccoli Law Firm.
Today, she mainly deals with banking and insurance law and works as an extrajudicial consultant in favor of both private individuals and legal entities. She offers alternative paths to judgment, with an approach oriented towards agreement and favoring alternative extra-judicial solutions, if advantageous for the client.
She has a particular interest in tourism law, offering a personalized service for each type of issue related to travel, having also gained experience in the field of organizing national and international events for tourism operators, professionals, and companies in the sector, as well as for private clients.

DOTT.SSA VANESSA NARDI
Investigations

Graduated in 2011 in law at the University of Verona with a thesis on "Aircraft Noise Pollution and Liability" with Professor Riguzzi, in 2019 she obtained a master′s degree in "Labor Law and Human Resources" and in "Graphological Consultant with forensic specialization". Since 2016, she has been working as a private investigator and since 2020, she has been a license holder, practicing her profession in the private and corporate sector. Within the team of the Firm, she deals with investigative research, both pre-emptively and for legal and extrajudicial proceedings, according to the specific needs of each case, thus allowing every judgement to be confronted with comforting evidential richness, often determining the resolution of conflicts.
